1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AIPhotoGenie ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Credit System & Payments

AIPhotoGenie operates on a credit system. Free users receive daily credits. Paid subscribers receive monthly credit allotments according to their plan. Credits do not roll over between billing periods. All prices are in USD.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all images you generate using AIPhotoGenie. You grant us a limited license to store and display your images within the Service (e.g., in your 3D gallery). The AIPhotoGenie brand, trademarks, and software are owned by CrazyTools.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. The generation of NSFW (Not Safe For Work), sexually explicit, adult, or child exploitation material is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CrazyTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
