2. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be legally permitted to use online services of this type in your jurisdiction.
3. Credits, Billing, and Renewals
AIPhotoGenie uses a credit-based system. Free users receive daily credits. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Credit allowances and pricing are described on the pricing page. Refund timing and eligibility are described on the refund policy page.
4. Intellectual Property and Generated Content
You retain ownership of images you generate through AIPhotoGenie. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the service, such as showing images in your gallery or dashboard.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use AIPhotoGenie to create or distribute illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, exploitative, or abusive content. NSFW, sexually explicit, adult, or child exploitation material is strictly prohibited. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Service Availability
We work to keep AIPhotoGenie available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features, models, pricing, and service limits may change over time.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. CrazyTools is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of AIPhotoGenie.
