Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a new subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase provided you have not consumed more than 20% of your plan's credit allowance. After that window, the current billing period is generally non-refundable.

2. Credit Usage

Credits used for image generation are not refundable because inference costs are incurred as soon as a generation runs. Subscription credits reset each billing cycle. One-time top-up credits do not expire.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals, but access and subscription benefits continue until the end of the current paid period.

4. Technical Issues and Exceptions

If a service issue prevents you from reasonably using purchased credits, contact us with the details of the incident. We may offer replacement credits, partial refunds, or other appropriate remedies based on the circumstances.

5. Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions may qualify for prorated refunds within 30 days of purchase, minus the value of credits already consumed. After 30 days, annual plans are generally non-refundable.
